The employee opens the link, and the system validates the token (valid, unused, and not expired).
The employee submits their dispute details and uploads supporting documents.

THR receives a notification and reviews the employee’s dispute.
HR uploads a reply (PDF or document), and the reply is saved in the dispute_replies table with sender type as HR.
A new reply token is generated for the employee.
The employee receives another email with a reply link. After token validation, the employee uploads their response document. This reply is stored with sender type as Employee, and the dispute status moves back to waiting for HR.
Steps 4 and 5 can repeat multiple times as needed. Each response is tracked with timestamps, sender type, and uploaded documents, ensuring a complete dispute conversation history.
