HRBlues retains records of cases, communications, and documents for operational and compliance purposes.

Retention helps maintain dispute history, audit trails, and system integrity.

Archived data may be retained for reasonable periods unless deletion is legally required or requested.

Retention Periods

  • Active Cases: Retained for the duration of the dispute resolution process
  • Resolved Cases: Archived for up to 7 years for compliance purposes
  • User Account Data: Retained until account deletion request
  • Communication Logs: Retained for 3 years
  • Audit Trails: Retained for 5 years

Data Deletion Requests

Individuals may request deletion of their personal data by contacting our Grievance Officer. However, certain data may need to be retained for legal compliance or legitimate business purposes.
